A blend of movements that stretch, strengthen and quiet the mind. Focus on postures that bring relief to common areas of the body.

All levels welcome. It involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being in a calm, nature setting.  
Bring a towel or mat and water.  Instructor: Roger Shaugnessy
