Under the Sea Cupcake Decorating (adults & kids 7+)
Date/Time: Fri 9/13, 6-7pm
Learn how to make buttercream waves, coral and sea swirls! Each participant will receive: 6 unfrosted vanilla cupcakes (with box), 3 pre-filled buttercream piping bags fitted with professional piping tips, white chocolate seashells, and sprinkles. The instructor will demonstrate each design step-by-step and answer any questions during the class. Fun and delicious!
 
Moms' Night Out: Floral Cupcake Decorating Workshop (18+)
Date/Time: Fri 9/27, 6-7pm
Grab your mom friends and join us for a one-of-a-kind cupcake decorating event! Learn how to make beautiful floral buttercream designs like roses, hydrangeas, and ruffled petals. Each participant will receive: 6 unfrosted vanilla cupcakes (with box), 3 pre-filled buttercream piping bags fitted with professional piping tips, and sprinkles/decorations. The instructor will demonstrate each design step-by-step and answer any questions during the class. Fun and delicious!
 
Halloween Cupcake Decorating (adults & kids 7+)
Date/Time: Fri 10/25, 6-7pm
Learn to make buttercream mummies, pumpkins and monsters! Each participant will receive: 6 unfrosted vanilla cupcakes (with box), 3 pre-filled buttercream piping bags fitted with professional piping tips, and sprinkles/decorations. The instructor will demonstrate each design step-by-step and answer any questions during the class. Spooky fun & delicious!

A Whisk Worth Tasting is a home bakery based in Lafayette Hill, PA which has been licensed by the PA Department of Agriculture since January 2021. Popular flavors include cookie dough, Oreo, Nutella, & mimosa. Owner, Nika Spencer, is a self-taught baker & custom cake decorator who specializes in buttercream celebration cakes for all occasions. She has been baking since childhood and started decorating cakes after making her daughter's first birthday cake five years ago. Find her on Instagram and Facebook at @whiskworthtasting 
 
Some FAQs:




  • Parent Participation: If a parent wants to participate with their child, they are welcome to purchase their own registration for their own set of cupcakes & piping bags, OR they can sit with their child and work together on one set. Each registration includes one set of materials (only 6 cupcakes so I would encourage buying 2 tickets). I promise everyone will learn something at the kids & adults classes :)


  • Dietary restrictions: Cupcakes and buttercream contain: egg, dairy and wheat. I encourage participants to reach out to me directly if they have any dietary restrictions or concerns so I can see if I can accommodate their requests and also let them know about my kitchen's restrictions. My kitchen is NOT free of any allergens, however, I may be able to accommodate certain requests but cannot guarantee no cross-contamination.
