Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop classes provide physical fitness focusing on controlled and precise movements, posture and alignment which provide long-term benefits for their overall health and well being.  Discipline and focus through instructions, commitment and practice which provide for valuable life skills such as perseverance, dedication and management.

We can’t forget Creativity and self expression, confidence and self esteem, musicality and rhythm and of course teamwork and collaboration.  Socially, students and families will experience  memories and friendships that last a lifetime!
