This program is an opportunity to develop leadership skills to broaden their understanding of what it means to take on more responsible role in a camp setting. The C.I.T. position is an educational program that exposes those enrolled to the responsibilities of a summer camp counselor. We have trained numerous state champions and national trophy winners.
