Cancellation/Refund Policy - Summer Camps


We know that plans can change, but Lower Providence Parks and Recreation makes commitments to summer staff and entertainment venues based upon registration numbers.
  • a written refund request before 4:30 pm on May 31st results in a full refund minus a $60 cancellation fee per child.
  • No refunds will be processed after June 1st.
